Sambouie Academy provides tools to organize learning portfolios, track progress, and support homeschooling workflows.

• Learning activities, notes, uploads, and milestones
• Parent-managed dashboards and reports
• Optional integrations selected by the parent

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, educational, and family-related purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or harmful activities
• Attempt to access other families’ data
• Upload malicious code or disruptive content
• Interfere with platform security or availability

5. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Any pricing, billing terms, and renewal details will be clearly presented before purchase.

• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers
• We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers
• Subscriptions may be canceled according to the terms shown at checkout

6. Data, Privacy, and Children

Sambouie Academy is committed to protecting children’s privacy and follows principles aligned with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
