If you’re not happy with your results, simply email me personally and tell me which technique(s) you implemented and describe what happened that left you unsatisfied, and you’ll receive a full refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
This refund policy only covers instances where you have taken action and implemented a program that has left you unsatisfied. To obtain a refund in these cases, you must contact me personally and specify how the program you’ve purchased has failed to meet your dating/relationship goals.
We cannot give refunds for issues such as lost passwords, purchasing the wrong program, or being unable to download your program. If you experience any technical difficulties or have trouble accessing your account, email me and I will work to resolve your problems right away.
NOTE: All coaching programs and coaching calls are non-refundable.
HOW YOU WILL BE BILLED
- Monthly Programs/Subscriptions (e.g. Email Coaching, Monthly Subscriptions):You will be billed on the day you sign up, and then at the end of every 30 day period thereafter. For example, if you subscribe to my Email Coaching Service on March 1, you will be billed on February 1 and then March 31, April 30, May 29, etc.
- 3-Payment Option (Mega Plan & Basic Membership):For my Mega Plan and my Basic Membership, you will have the option to make 3 payments instead of one lump sum. If you select this option, you will be billed every 30 days for a total of 3 payments.
- All Other Programs & Products: You will be billed as soon as your order is processed.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you contacted us at email@example.com and haven’t received a refund yet, please note that it typically takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by your credit card company.
Unfortunately, while we would love to speed up this process, it is in the hands of your credit card company and your bank.
In extremely rare and unusual cases, your credit card company may state that it can take “until the next billing cycle” to appear on your statement. See your card company’s policies for more details.
If it’s been at least 5 days, please contact your credit card and/or bank (whichever is applicable) to confirm that the refund is still processing, even if it has not appeared on your account.
